Order Policy

Minimum Order is $20.00
Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Important information

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Orders that don’t meet this criterion will not be processed.
 

Canceling & Modifying Orders

All cancellations and modifications to your orders must be processed by phone. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-857-0882.

** All cancellations/modifications are subject to the order status and will be reviewed by the Customer Service Representative at the time of your call. 
 

When will I receive my order?


Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Orders with priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10:30 am PST.

Orders are not processed on major holidays. They will be processed the next business day.

Canadian orders will be shipped with Standard Service.

How do I check an order that has already been placed?

For questions regarding the status of your order, registered customers with an account may click here to view your order status. If you do not have an account setup, please contact our customer service representatives by e-mailing us at info@justglam.com. Please include your order number with all inquiries. If you are registered and have setup an account, you can sign in and check your order status page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. When submitting any personal information, (name, address, and credit card) on the payment information and billing information order form, the data is sent encrypted over a secure connection to our website server. Please refer to the Security Section of our Privacy Policy.

What if I don’t feel comfortable providing my information?

You may submit your order via telephone by calling (510) 452-GLAM or (866) 857-0882.

Item Availability - Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please note that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us via e-mail at info@justglam.com.
