If you feel the products that you have received from the Just Glam Online Store do not meet your expectation, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt. We will remit your account for the full purchase amount. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.

 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at (510) 452-GLAM or (866) 857-0882

 

The Carrier will pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
